FAQ and Policies
-All payments for purchases are accepted through credit card or paypal
-All payments owed to customers and consigners are done through paypal or check
-We have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00, unless you would like to arrange for a local pick up
-In order to avoid the shipping fee, please contact us and let us know the item you would like to purchase so that we can create a local pick up transaction
-We ship via USPS unless you request a different service (respective charges will apply)
-Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item
-Return shipping to consignees on consignment items that do not sell is free
-We require you to allow us to hold on to your item for at least 60 days
-If your item does not sell after this time, we are more than happy to hold on to it until it sells or we can ship it back to you free of charge
-Once your item sells please allow for a 5 day grace period (we have all had buyers remorse at least once in our life). Once the item has permanently sold we will immediately pay you 80% of the final selling price
-If your item sells in an auction based sale, certain fees will apply (between 8% and 10% of the final selling price

-You have 5 days from the day of arrival to return your purchase for a full refund less return shipping
-Please contact us before you send back your purchase to give us a heads up
-Please fill out the return form included with your merchandise and place it in the box with your item that you are sending back.
-All items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Personal Bargain Shopper Policy
-Have something on your wish list, but it's way over your budget? Hoping you would find it on our site, but it's not here? Let us find it for you and sell it to you at an affordable price. A $20 service fee is required upon your agreement to purchase the item.
-In addition to our website, we utilize other social networks as a ladder to sell your items. While we don't anticipate this to happen often, we do appologize in advance if an item you want becomes sold out before the inventory is updated. We will notify you as soon as possible.
